1.2. By purchasing goods in the Store, the Customer confirms his/her agreement with all provisions of these terms and conditions.

2.2 All prices are in Ukrainian hryvnias and include all taxes and fees.

Order and Payment Procedure

4.1 The order of goods is carried out through the website of the Store.

4.2 Payment for the order is made in the following ways: by bank card, wire transfer or cash upon receipt of the goods.

4.3. When paying in cash upon receipt of the goods, the Customer shall pay the amount of the order to the Courier directly upon receipt of the goods.

Delivery

5.1. The Store delivers goods throughout Ukraine, except for the territories temporarily under occupation and/or not controlled by the Government of Ukraine.

5.2. The terms and cost of Delivery depend on the region of the Customer’s location and the chosen Delivery method.

Goods return and exchange

6.1. The Customer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.

6.2. Returns or exchanges are possible only if the goods have not been used, have a preserved presentation and packaging.

Quality Assurance

7.1. The Shop guarantees high quality of all the presented goods.

7.2. In the event of defects or unsuitability of the goods, the Customer may contact the Store for advice and resolution of the problem.
